How it works:

  • We’ll create a Facebook and Instagram Ad targeting people who have shown an interest in real estate and mortgages in the local marketplace.
  • If promoting a listing, traffic will be delivered to the individual property page on your personal website or your subdomain at SeaCoastRealty.com – e.g. johnsmith@seacoastrealty.com/listings/propertyXYZ
  • If you want to run an ad that is area specific (rather than property specific), we will deliver the user to a relevant page on your website. For example, if you want people looking for homes within a 15 mile radius around Jacksonville, we’d take people to a page with Jacksonville listings on your website.
  • We highly recommend that you have the forced registration turned on prior to running an ads. This will require that the user must submit their contact information prior to receiving details on the property. The IT department will handle this for you.
  • Ad will be run using the corporate Facebook account so we will not need your login information.

Costs & Payment:

  • $125 – Price includes set up, ad spend, and reporting.
  • Your charges for this service will be added to your ledger at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

How Many Leads Should Your Expect?

That will depend on how many people are interested in learning more about the property being advertised. Obviously some properties will generate more interest than others.

Beyond just generating leads, this will also give you some additional brand exposure to buyers and sellers in the marketplace.
