Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Campaigns

We love running search ad campaigns for agents as these consumers are actively searching for real estate information on their phones and computers.

Here is how it works:

  • We set up a Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads accounts for you.
  • You let us know how much you want to spend each month. This number can be scaled up or down whenever you want.
  • You will want to turn on the forced registration on your website in order to capture the leads. We can help you coordinate that with the IT Department.

Costs & Payment:

  • $50 Set Up for Each Campaign (1 campaign = 1 location) – If you have not advertised with Google before, you may qualify for a match of $100 in free clicks in the first 30 days.
  • $125/mo Management & Reporting
  • You will pay Google and/or Microsoft directly for any traffic you receive on your credit card.
  • You will be invoiced through your ledger at Sea Coast for the set up and management.

Commitment

  • Month to Month – You will have access to the accounts as long as you’re paying for management.
